A personalized meal plan is built just for you based on your food journal, preferences, lifestyle, and goals. It includes tailored recipes and guidance. Premade meal plans are general healthy meal templates with recipes and ideas but not based on your individual needs.

Do I have to track calories or macros?

Only if you choose a macro-based coaching option. Some clients love the structure of tracking, while others prefer flexible, plate-method-based eating. I offer both so you can choose what suits you best.

Can I combine nutrition coaching with a workout plan?

Yes! I offer bundle options where you can get both personalized nutrition coaching and a customized monthly workout plan. It’s a great way to support your goals holistically.

Do I need access to a gym?

Not at all. I create home-friendly or gym-based workouts based on what you have available—whether it’s a few dumbbells or full gym equipment.

I don’t want a full meal plan. Can I still get help with my nutrition?

Absolutely! I offer coaching that’s based on your food journal and habits. You’ll receive feedback, food swap suggestions, and clear guidance on how to improve your meals without following a rigid plan.

What kind of support do I get with my program?

You choose the level of support! Options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins via email or text. I’m here to support your success in a way that works for you.

How long is the coaching commitment?

Nutrition coaching is offered in monthly packages, so you’re not locked into a long-term commitment. Many clients choose to continue month-to-month for ongoing support.

Your workout plan is tailored to your fitness level, goals, and available equipment. You’ll get access to a user-friendly app with your workouts, how-to videos, and the ability to track progress.

How do I get started?

Once you choose your program, I’ll send over the documents needed to get started. For personalized plans, this includes a 7-day food journal and a quick intake form so I can tailor everything to you.
